Digipak Inspiration

For our digipak we had an idea of using bright colours as part of the theme. From this I decided to look at existing CD covers to gather some inspiration for what out digipak imagery can look like. After some research the cover that I liked the most was from Nicki Minaj. She uses herself on the front cover with multiple colors painted on to her face and used in the background. From this, I thought about using a main image on the front of the artist and within the background have the bright colours. In this way, the artist can be seen properly and in an eye catching way and the colours can highlight the genre of the album.
